Bu çalışmada Sarıöz Deresi’nden (Beyşehir) elektroşokerle avlanan (dört mevsim) 148 adet siraz balığı (Capoeta mauricii) helmint parazitler yönünden incelenmiştir. İnceleme sonucunda; 5 farklı gruba ait helminth parazite rastlanılmıştır (monogenea: Paradiplozoon sp. ve Dactylogyrus turcicus, digenea: Allocreadium isoporum, nematoda: Rhapdochona sp., acanthocephala: Pomphorhynchus spindletruncatus). İncelenen balıklardan 80 Paradiplozoon sp., 730 Dactylogyrus turcicus, 691 Allocreadium isoporum, 114 Rhapdochona sp. ve 529 Pomphorhynchus spindletruncatus olmak üzere toplam 2144 adet parazit izole edilmiştir. Parazitlerin mevsim, cinsiyet, boy ve yaş değişkenlerine göre yaygınlık, ortalama yoğunluk ve bolluk oranları belirlenmiştir.
In this study, 148 Capoeta mauricii caught by electro-shocker (four seasons) from Sarıöz Stream (Beyşehir) were examined in terms of helminth parasites. As a result of the examination; Helminth parasites belonging to 5 different groups were encountered (Monogenean: Paradiplozoon sp. and Dactylogyrus turcicus, Digenean: Allocreadium isoporum, Nematode: Rhapdochona sp., Acanthocephala: Pomphorhynchus spindletruncatus). 80 Paradiplozoon sp., 730 Dactylogyrus turcicus, 691 Allocreadium isoporum, 114 Rhapdochona sp. and 529 Pomphorhynchus spindletruncatus, a total of 2144 parasites were isolated. Prevalence, average density and abundance values of parasites were determined according to season, gender, length and age variables.
