Öz

Freshwater crayfish are an important part of the food chain in the aquatic environment. But many live feeds on crayfish look like when they do protect themselves from predators. Use as shelter or shelter for the protection of crayfish or under or hidden within objects that can create their own. Studies have shown that the shelters can be generated in various ways. Besides this, crayfish aquaculture environments in the hair as the shelter roof, automobile tires, egg boxes, pebbles, brick fragments, and the pipe is released as it is known that parts of the refuge. Crayfish, while using their shelter shelters appropriate to their body size can change. On the other hand, has a significant effect on the survival of the crayfish shelters and kanibalizm studies have shown that reduces

Kerevitlerin Barınak Çeşitleri ve Barınak Kullanımları

Öz

Tatlı su istakozları (kerevit) su ortamında besin zincirinin önemli bir parçasıdırlar. Kendilerini koruyabilecekmiş gibi görünmelerine karşın pek çok predatör canlı kerevitler üzerinden beslenir. Kerevitler ise korunmak için ya kendi barınaklarını oluşturur veya barınak olarak kullanabileceği nesnelerin altında ya da içinde gizlenir. Yapılan çalışmalar barınakların çeşitli şekillerde oluşturulabildiğini göstermiştir. Bunun yanında; yetiştiricilik ortamlarında kerevitlere barınak olarak çatı sacları, otomobil lastikleri, yumurta kutuları, çakıl taşları, tuğla parçaları ve boru parçalarının barınak olarak bırakıldığı bilinmektedir. Kerevitler, barınaklarını kullanırken kendi vücut ölçülerine uygun barınakları seçmektedirler. Diğer yandan, yapılan çalışmalar barınakların kerevitlerin hayatta kalmaları üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahip olduğunu ve kanibalizmi azalttığını göstermiştir.
