Almus Baraj Gölü (Tokat, Türkiye)’ndeki Chondrostoma regium (Heckel, 1843)’un Dört Kemiksi Yapısından Belirlenen Yaşların Uyumu
Abstract
Almus Baraj Gölü’nden yakalanan 359 adet Chondrostoma regium bireyinin yaşları pul, omur, utrikular (lapillus) ve lagenar (asteriskus) otolitlerden belirlenmiştir. Tüm kemiksi yapılar bir okuyucu tarafından üç kez analiz edilmiştir. Yaş okumalarının uyumu ortalama yaş, yüzde uyum, ortalama yüzde hata ve değişim katsayısı yardımıyla karşılaştırılmıştır. Ortalama yaşlar arasında istatistiksel farklılık tespit edilmiştir (P<0,05). En yüksek yüzde uyum, en düşük ortalama yüzde hata ve değişim katsayısı değeri pul için hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç olarak pul, türün yaş tayini için en güvenilir kemiksi yapı olarak önerilmiştir
Precision of Ages Determined from Four Bony Structures of Chondrostoma regium (Heckel, 1843) in Almus Dam Lake (Tokat, Turkey)
Abstract
Ages of 359 Chondrostoma regium samples were estimated from scales, vertebrae, utricular (lapillus) and lagenar (asteriscus) otoliths. All bony structures were analyzed three times by one reader. Precision of age estimates among structures were compared with means, percent agreement, average percent error and coefficient of variation. There was statistically difference among mean ages (P<0.05). The highest percent agreement, the lowest average percent error and coefficient of variation were calculated for scales. As a result, scale was recommended as the most reliable bony structure for age determination of this species
