Farklı Konsantrasyonlarda Hazırlanmış Tuz Solüsyonlarının Gökkuşağı Alabalığı (Oncorhynchus mykiss) Spermlerinin Dölleme Kabiliyeti Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Farklı tuz (NaCl) konsantrasyona sahip (%0,3-0,6-0,12) dölleme eriyiklerini gökkuşağı alabalığı (O. mykiss) sperm hareket sürelerine ve dölleme kabiliyetlerine etkisi belirlenmiştir. Kontrol için kullanılan distile saf suda en kısa hareket süresi belirlenirken %0,3 ile %0,12 tuzluluğa sahip solüsyon ile aktive edilen spermlerde sırasıyla sperm hareket süreleri 65 ± 10,01 ve 50,2 ± 3,12 sn olarak belirlenmiştir. En uzun süreli hareket süresi 75 ± 5,17 sn olarak %0,6 tuzluluğa sahip solüsyonla elde edilmiştir. Saf su ile ortalama dölleme oranı 83,76 ± 0,36 olarak belirlenmiştir. Aktivasyon solüsyonlarında ise % 0,3-0,6 ve 0,12 NaCl içeren gruplarda en iyi dölleme oranı % 0,6 konsantrasyona sahip aktivasyon solüsyonu kullanılan grupta gerçekleşmiştir. Dölleme oranları açısından kontrol grubu ve tuzlu dölleme eriyiği kullanılan tüm grupların ortalamaları arasındaki fark istatistiki olarak önemli bulunmuştur (p<0,05).

Determination of the Effect of Salt Solutions Prepared in Different Concentrations on Fertilization Ability of Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) Sperms

Abstract

In this study, the effects of activating solutions prepared with different salt (NaCl) concentrations (0.3-0.6-0.12%) on rainbow trout (O. mykiss) sperm motility durations and fertilization abilities were determined. While determining the shortest movement time in distilled pure water used for control, sperm movement times were determined as 65 ± 10.01 and 50.2 ± 3.12 sec, respectively, in the sperms activated with 0.3% to 0.12% saline solution. The longest motility duration was obtained with a solution of 0.6% salinity as 75 ± 5.17 s. The average fertilization rate with pure water is 83.76 ± 0.36. Among experimental activation solution groups containing 0.3-0.6% and 0.12 NaCl, the best fertilization rate was obtained with a concentration of 0.6% group. In terms of insemination rates, the difference between the averages of all the saline fertilization solution groups was found statistically significant (p <0.05).
