Türkiye’deki Bazı Orman Fidanlıklarında Fungusların Neden Olduğu Hastalıklar Üzerinde Çalışmalar

Abstract

Artvin/Ardanuç, Bursa, Bursa/Yenişehir, Devrek/Gökçebey, Düzce/Akçakoca, Eskişehir, Kastamonu
/Gölköy, Kastamonu/Taşköprü, Ordu, Samsun, Zonguldak/Alaplı/Kocaman orman fidanlıklarında yetiştirilen, farklı
orman ağacı fidanlarında görülen kurumalarda fungusların varlığı araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla kurumuş ve kurumakta
olan fidanların toprak üstü ve toprak altı kısımları incelenmiştir. Sadece Kastamonu/Gölköy fidanlığında İğde ve
Dişbudaklarda Phoma spp., güvey kandilinde Clindrosporium sp. İğde de stromalı teşhisi yapılamayan bir fungus ve
Huş fidanlarında bir pas hastalığı türü olan Melampsoridium betulinum un fidanların toprak üstü kısımlarında
hastalık yaptıkları belirlenmiştir. Diğer fidanlıklarda özellikle ibreli ağaç fidanları başta olmak üzere bazı ağaç
fidanlarının köklerinde kök çürüklükleri görülmüş ve yapılan izolasyonlarda bu fidanlardan Fusarium solani,
Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium moniliforme sensu lato, Rhizoctonia solani, Pythium spp., Phytophthora cryptogea,
P. cinnamomi, Clindrocarpon sp., Verticillium sp., saptanmıştır. Çalışmada bu fungusların elde edildiği ağaç türleri
ve oluşturduğu hastalıklar tartışılmıştır.
