Bazı buğday çeşitlerinin patojen <em>Rhizoctonia </em>tür ve anastomosis gruplarına karşı reaksiyonlarının belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma buğdayda kök ve kök boğazı çürüklüğü ve cüceleşmeye sebep olan Rhizoctonia solani AG 4, AG 5, AG 8, Rhizoctonia cerealis AG D, Waitea circinata var. circinata ve Waitea circinata var. zeae’ye karşı bazı buğday çeşitlerinin reaksiyonlarını belirlemek amacıyla kontrollü koşullarda yürütülmüştür. Reaksiyonları araştırılan 19 buğday çeşidinden Demir 2000 ve Ankara 98 çeşidi bütün AG gruplarına hassas reaksiyon (S) göstererek en duyarlı çeşitler olmuştur. AG 8, AG D ve W. circinata. var. circinata’ya orta hassas (MS), AG 5 ve W. circinata. var. zeae’ya orta dayanıklı (MR) reaksiyon gösteren Cemre çeşidi en dayanıklı çeşit olarak tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada en virülent grup olan AG 4’e ise tüm çeşitler hassas reaksiyon göstermiştir.

Abstract

This study was carried out to determine the reactions of some wheat cultivars against Rhizoctonia solani AG 4, AG 5, AG 8, Rhizoctonia cerealis AG D, Waitea circinata var. circinata and Waitea circinata var. zeae which cause root and crown rot and stunting on wheat under controlled conditions. Among the 19 wheat cultivars tested for the reaction, cv. Demir 2000 and cv. Ankara 98 were the most susceptible cultivar showing the sensitive reaction (S) against all AG groups. Cv. Cemre was the most resistant cultivar, which was also found as moderately susceptible (MS) against AG 8, AG D and W. circinata. var. circinata and moderately resistant (MR) against AG 5 and W. circinata. var. zeae. In this study, all cultivars showed sensitive reaction against AG 4 which is the most virulent group.
